Conveyor Control

On many conveyor transfer systems, the need to just start/stop  has been expanded to automate production lines, eg speeding up, slowing down, only operate when product or goods are present, or over a period of time, or depending on other conditions and applications out with the  transfer conveyor. Such systems require plc control and Hmi operator interphase (panels), our growing experience with a Scottish based conveyor manufacturer has introduced the use of "magic eyes", distance sensors, timers, proximity sensors etc to allow improvement  to many systems.

Calibrations & Furnace Surveys

Regular Calibration of control instrumentation, provides better accuracy, repeatability and economy of process control. We are able to provide quarterly, six monthly and annual calibration and certification traceable to UKAS, tailored to suit your quality manual requirements. Thermal Uniformity Surveys, for ovens, furnaces, freezers,and chambers. Includes AMS2750e, Nadcap, and API6a-m.

Engineering Solutions
